Ningxia

We are excited to share that Elizabeth Chin, an expert in the wine and tourism industry, has been invited to speak at the Ningxia Wine Culture and Tourism Promotion. The event aims to highlight the beauty of Ningxia, a region that has been gaining recognition as China's top wine producing area. With its unique location between Gansu Province and Inner Mongolia, Ningxia boasts perfect natural conditions for cultivating grapes and has even adopted the chateau classification system used in France. It's no wonder that it has been dubbed as China's answer to Bordeaux. Elizabeth Chin's presence at the event adds even more excitement, as she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Ningxia is the only wine region that offers all the conditions to become a world-class wine region in China. They have access to affordable and available land, support from the government, a skilled labor force, advanced equipment and technologies, and great potential to develop wine tourism. The types of architecture used for the wineries ranges from traditional and modern Chinese, to French Chateau, Industrial and Urban Ghetto. They are excited to bring their passion for wine-making to China and look forward to sharing their products with wine enthusiasts across the country.

The region is also known for its famous produce, such as the pearl rice, fish, melons, and wolfberry, thanks to the protection from the Helan Mountains and the irrigation from the Yellow River. The region is home to many Hui people, a Chinese Muslim ethnic group, and their traditions can be seen in the local cuisine, architecture, and festivals.
